New York, New York (October 31, 2018)—InterbrandHealth announces the hiring of Jim Mackie as Executive Director of Strategy and Analytics. Interbrand is delighted to have Jim onboard as the global branding consultancy continues to reinvent its approach to market for our clients in this dynamic and challenging healthcare marketplace. Jim brings an expertise across many sectors, including consulting and financial strategy, as well as health and wellness, and will be invaluable in invoking different ways of thinking in service of solving clients’ problems and surfacing new opportunities.

As Executive Director, Strategy and Analytics, Jim will bring ideas, insights, and inspiration, shaped by 20+ years of experience helping market-leading organizations develop future facing strategies and evolve to realize them.

Prior to joining InterbrandHealth, Jim led a group of strategy, analytics, and service design professionals as a Partner at Greater Than One, a top 100 global healthcare advertising agency. With his team and diverse skills, Jim built a successful strategy and innovation consulting practice that worked with clients globally at the intersection of brand, growth, innovation, and digital transformation.
As an agent of change, Jim has been retained by firms like Morgan Stanley to help evolve products and services for a more connected age and by Ogilvy Healthworld to help WPP operationalize a large global-to-local healthcare consolidation. Previously, he was SVP Digital Solutions and Consulting at MKTG (Dentsu), responsible for helping large global brands harness digital, data, and human connections to creatively deliver on their proposition at every conceivable touch point. His experiences at Andersen Consulting (Accenture) were formative and fueled Jim’s early fascination with brands, customer behavior, and studying how experiences can make people’s lives better; whether they are shopping, banking, traveling, or managing their health.
Jim holds an M.B.A. in Marketing and Finance from Pennsylvania State University.
